How we handle your information on bemepa.com, including the BeMePA waiting list and contact form.

1. Who we are
bemepa.com is run by BeMe Limited ("BeMe", "we", "us"), a company registered in the Isle of Man, company number 138220C. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
We comply with:
- UK GDPR
- EU GDPR
- Isle of Man Data Protection Act 2018 and the Data Protection (Application of GDPR) Order 2018
- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, applied as the baseline for all U.S. users
Where more than one law applies, we follow the strictest standard.

This policy covers bemepa.com only. When BeMePA is available to use, the app and service will be covered by the BeMe privacy policy and any additional terms we give you at the time.
2. What we collect
Waiting list
When you join the waiting list, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your town or city and country
- Your business name, if you choose to give it
- What you do
- Your mobile number, if you choose to give it
- Whether you use an AI assistant, and which one if you choose to tell us
- What you'd hand to your PA first, if you choose to tell us
- Your consent to receive emails, and the date you signed up
Contact form and emails
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, the topic you choose, your message and anything else you include in your emails to us.
Technical information
Our hosting provider processes standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so the site can work and stay secure. This is kept for a short period only.
Cookies
bemepa.com doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our fonts and images are served from our own site, so visiting it doesn't send your information to third parties.
3. How we use your information

We do not sell, share, rent or monetise your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
4. Who processes your information for us
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site:
- Vercel hosts bemepa.com and stores waiting list records. Records are stored in London.
- Google (Google Workspace) provides the email service we use to send confirmation emails and reply to messages.
These providers act on our instructions under data protection agreements. Some of them are based in, or may process data in, the United States. Where information is transferred outside the UK, the Isle of Man or the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum.
5. How long we keep it
- Waiting list: until you ask us to remove you, or 12 months after BeMePA becomes generally available, whichever is sooner.
- Messages to us: for as long as we need to deal with your message, and no longer than 2 years.
- Technical logs: for a short period, as set by our hosting provider.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, UK GDPR and Isle of Man law, you have the right to:
- Get a copy of the information we hold about you
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Have your information deleted
- Restrict or object to how we use your information
- Receive your information in a portable format
- Withdraw your consent at any time, for example by replying "unsubscribe" to any of our emails
If you're in the United States, you have the right to know what information we hold, to have it deleted or corrected, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. We don't sell or share it, and we'll never treat you differently for using your rights.
To use any of these rights, email support@justbeme.ai with "Privacy request" in the subject line. It's free, and we'll respond within one month. We treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to opt out of sale or sharing, although we don't sell or share your information.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Isle of Man Information Commissioner (inforights.im), the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the data protection authority where you live.
7. Security
All information is sent over encrypted connections (TLS). Waiting list records are kept in private storage that isn't publicly accessible, and access is limited to the people at BeMe who need it.
8. Children
BeMePA is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the date at the top when we do, and if the changes are significant we'll let people on the waiting list know by email.
