2. About BeMePA

BeMePA is in development. This website describes what we're building, but features may change before launch, and nothing on the site is an offer to supply a product or service. The conversations, names and examples on the site are illustrations, not real customers.

3. The waiting list

• Joining the waiting list is free.
• You must be 18 or over, and the information you give us must be accurate.
• Joining doesn't guarantee a testing place, access to BeMePA or a launch date. We choose testers at our discretion.
• You can leave the waiting list at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any of our emails or emailing support@justbeme.ai.
• If we invite you to test or use BeMePA, separate terms will apply, including the BeMe Terms & Conditions where relevant. We'll show you these before you start.

4. Using this website

You may not:

• Submit false information or sign up other people without their permission
• Send spam or automated submissions through our forms
• Try to access parts of the site or our systems that aren't meant for you, or interfere with how the site works
• Use the site for anything illegal or fraudulent

5. Intellectual property

The BeMe and BeMePA names, logos and the content of this website belong to BeMe Limited. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

6. Liability

This website is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or the waiting list. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

This site links to other websites, including justbeme.ai and our social media pages. We aren't responsible for the content of websites we don't control.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the Isle of Man courts.
